Hiya! We did put out a temp fix for this not too long ago but it does require a more robust code fix that we have coming in the next update - but fear not! That inbox is not lost forever. We will be running a script periodically between now and when we launch the next update to deliver them.

Known issue that should be fixed in the next update ! Its related to your Conclave loadouts - Current workaround is to swap your Conclave loadout to a Warframe you aren't using in PVE. Sigils should stick then.

As I kind of enjoy the challenge as is, and the eximus Rework turned out to be a buff to focus farming as well.
Pre-rework I could casually reach the 350k focus cap in just about 2 hours, mass killing eximus with a convergence orb without any boosters.
Post-Rework the same method can cap out at 1 hour, with no changes to convergence orb usage.
With the new cap, it sounds like it's back up to 2 hours of SP survival for the daily focus cap. At this point, I'd rather just do V...

Operator & Focus Changes:
A mix of both Community feedback and our own internal digging has brought forth some further changes to Operators and the Focus School System. A couple key goals of the Focus School System changes in Update 31.5.0 was to bring all Schools to the same level (while keeping their identifying attributes) and bring synergy to Warframe and Operator gameplay. While we believe we’ve achieved that, there’s still very understandable feedback surrounding the “survivability of Operators” in higher level combat (most noticeable in the Zariman gameplay). It’s unfair to put players in scenarios where Operator gameplay is required, but not provide a general base bump to their survivability.
All that being said, we have made a few changes to provide this bump:
